Holiday Wishlist 2011

So the holidays are upon us.  What hiking gear are you asking Santa for?  I really want a Garmin 405 GPS watch and some waterproof hiking boots.

This watch is so cool.  It will track your hike distance, time, and elevation gain.  So cool!

What type of hiking boots do you wear on your hikes?  Do you have a GPS watch and do you love it?  What is the one hiking essential you can't live without?

    I have north face sneakers that are waterproof. I love them and they have been a lifesaver hiking the wet trails in Hawaii.
